Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data superpeople.dev handles, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.
Who we are
SUPER PEOPLE Revival is a volunteer, non-commercial fan project. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] or contact us on our Discord server.
Signing in with Discord
When you sign in, Discord shares your user ID, username, display name and avatar with us. If our server is set up for it, we also check your roles in the SUPER PEOPLE Discord server to know whether you are a moderator. We keep your ID, display name, avatar and moderator status in a signed cookie on your device. We don't get your email address or password. Your username is stored in the same cookie.
Ideas, votes and comments
Ideas, votes and comments are stored by Reflet, the feedback service that powers our roadmap, together with your Discord ID, display name and avatar. Your display name and avatar are shown publicly next to what you post. We also keep your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar with each idea and comment you post, in a small database hosted by Upstash, so your profile shows next to your comments and moderators can act on abuse. If a moderator bans your account, your Discord ID, name and avatar stay on our ban list until the ban is lifted.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed for signing in: sp_session keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and sp_oauth protects the sign-in process for 10 minutes. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.
Services we rely on
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs. Discord handles sign-in. Reflet stores feedback. GitHub hosts the launcher downloads and source code. Each has its own privacy policy. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Upstash stores the profile details kept with posts and the ban list.
How long we keep data
Your sign-in cookie lasts until you sign out, or 30 days at most. Ideas, votes and comments stay until a moderator deletes them or you ask us to.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, remove our app from Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps, and ask us by email or on Discord to show you or delete your ideas, votes and comments. Depending on where you live, local privacy laws may give you further rights.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
