When you play through the launcher signed in with Discord, the lobby shows your Discord profile picture instead of the default icon.

In-Game Weapon Bug

During gameplay, there is a bug where the guns disappear from my inventory. Both the primary and secondary weapons disappear, and I can't equip or use them. The only way to fix it is to drop the gun and pick it up again.

Roll back in-game HUD

The in-game HUD in the build we're using is somewhere in-between SP1 and SP2. Using screenshots and PAK files from an older build, rebuild the HUD to be the same as SP1.

The launcher downloads from the fastest server

Before a full download, the launcher tries its download servers for a few seconds and keeps the fastest one where you are. If that server stops working, it carries on from the other one without starting over.

Accept the terms in the launcher before playing

Before your first game, the launcher shows the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Read them to the end and accept them to unlock Play. You only do this once per Discord account, and again when they change.

Downloads keep going when the game's storage can't be reached

If the launcher can't download from the game's storage (a limit reached, or blocked where you live), it quietly switches to a backup copy of the game. Every file is still checked before it's used. Pull request: https://github.com/superpeople-dev/sp-launcher/pull/26

Switch launcher Authentication to discord OAuth

Launcher keys are gone: open the launcher and press Connect with Discord. That's the only sign-in now, and if you had a key, your account and progress come with you. The launcher now also has the Ideas, Roadmap and Completed pages, so you can vote, comment, suggest ideas and report bugs without leaving it. It updates by itself; just accept the update when it asks.

Server crash when a player gets out of a vehicle

The server no longer crashes when a player tries to get out of a vehicle that is already gone, for example right after it exploded.

Servers come back by themselves when a restart gets stuck

If a server hangs while it restarts between rounds, it is now restarted again after five minutes instead of staying offline until someone notices.

Adding a task to the roadmap no longer shows an error

A task the team adds now saves without an error while it waits to be published, so it is no longer added twice by mistake.

Roadmap cards show when each task was created or completed

Every roadmap card shows the date it was created, or the date it was completed once it's done, right under the description, with the comment count below it. When the title fits on one line, the description gets a third line instead of leaving an empty row, so cards are only as tall as their content.

Admin panel fits on phone screens

The admin panel no longer grows wider than a phone's screen: its tabs scroll sideways inside it instead.

The API tab's text for agents now says where to save the roadmap rule in Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot and Aider.

Discord server controls recover by themselves

When the bot loses its connection to Discord, it now restarts itself within a few minutes, so the server control buttons keep working.
